Each piece is made to order with care and sent via Sendle, a 100% carbon-neutral courier.

Please check the lead time for each item ordered. This timeframe allows for production and processing before dispatch.

Delivery within Australia usually takes 2–8 business days (standard) or 1–3 business days (express). We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

You’ll receive a tracking link once your parcel is dispatched.

If your order is delayed or goes missing, please reach out and we will happily help follow it up with Sendle.

We take pride in ensuring your order arrives safely and on time, however, unexpected postal delays are out of our control.

If your order arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or work with you on a solution.
