Shipping policy

We ship all orders within Australia via Australia Post.

PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME
As each item is custom made, production timeframes vary according to item. Please check production times on the relevant product page (time required for your order to be created before it is shipped) before placing your order. During peak seasons such as Christmas and wedding months, turnaround times may take a little longer.

SHIPPING TIMES

Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and begin after dispatch, not from the order date.

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Metro areas: 2–5 business days
    • Regional areas: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping (if selected):
    • Metro areas: 1–2 business days
    • Regional areas: 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including public holidays, weather events, and Australia Post delays.

SHIPPING RATES
We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia: Standard Shipping $12 and Express Shipping $18.

DELIVERY

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post once your order has been dispatched.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, re-shipping fees may apply.
  • Australia Post Safe Drop and PO Box deliveries are subject to Australia Post’s policies.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist by lodging an enquiry with Australia Post. However, once an item is in transit, it remains under Australia Post’s handling.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we ship within Australia only. If you are located overseas and wish to place an order, please contact us prior to purchasing.

RUSH ORDERS AND RUSH FEES
Because each piece is carefully personalised and handmade, we normally require a set turnaround and processing time to ensure quality. However, we understand that sometimes things are needed a little sooner. To accommodate this, we offer a rush order option:

RUSH ORDERS

  • Availability: Rush orders are accepted on a case-by-case basis and depend on our current schedule and workload.
  • Fee: A rush fee will apply to prioritise your order. This fee varies depending on the size, complexity, and timeframe of your order. 
  • Timeframe: Please contact us before purchasing if you need your order urgently, so we can confirm whether we can meet your deadline.
  • Process: Place your order through our website only after we have confirmed we are able to accept your rush order. We will send you an invoice with the rush fee and begin production after the rush fee payment has been received. 

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • The rush fee covers prioritisation of production time only and does not include express shipping. Express Post can be selected at checkout for faster delivery.
  • Once confirmed, rush orders are non-refundable.
  • Delays caused by postal services are unfortunately outside our control, but we will always do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
