Due to the nature of these handmade and personalised products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, returns or cancellations for change of mind. We kindly ask that you double-check all names, dates, details and lead times before placing your order.

DAMANGED ITEMS AND WRONG ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or we’ve made a mistake, please get in touch at hello@thechellestudio.com within 48 hours of receiving it. Please include your order number, photo of the issue and a short description and we can work on a solution.
